Podpora a financování sportu v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi podpory a financováním sportu v Moravskoslezském kraji. Práce nastiňuje pojetí sportu na úrovni Evropské unie a politiku sportu a sportovního prostředí v České republice. Praktickou částí bakalářské práce je analýza podpory a financování sportu v Moravskoslezském kraji a ve městech Ostrava, Frýdek–Místek a Bohumín, výdajů, které Moravskoslezský kraj a tato města na sport vynakládají. Dále praktická část hodnotí sportovní zařízení v uvedených městech dle nabídky jejich služeb, návštěvnosti a jejich hospodaření a financování.

The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of support and financing of sport in the Moravian-Silesian region. The thesis outlines the concept of sport at the level of the European Union and the policy of sport and the sports environment in the Czech Republic. The practical part of this bachelor thesis presents the analysis of support and financing of sport in Moravian-Silesian region and the cities of Ostrava, Frýdek-Místek and Bohumín as well as the expenditures that the Moravian-Silesian Region and these cities spend on sports. Furthermore, the practical part evaluates sports facilities in these cities according to the offer of their services, attendance and their management and financing.
