Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the low energy houses, their typical characteristics and differences from conventional buildings. The first part states the conditions for fulfillment of the criteria low energy, passive and zero houses. Part Two describes the principles to be followed during construction, technology, scructural design low energy buildings and materials used for thermal insulation. At the end of bachelor thesis is evaluated the fire safety of low energy houses compared with the normal current development and future outlook.
