Implementace metody Kaizen na proces vibračního odhrotování součástek

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor work is the implementation of the Kaizen method of vibratory deburring process components in the selected organization. The work is dividend into parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to analysis of current approaches to quality improvement. The practical part is devoted to characteristics of organizations, including a description of their services. It also includes assessing the current state of implementation of this method in the company and the proposal to improve that could be applied to the selected process.
