Komparace managementu ženských fotbalových klubů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se podle zadání zabývá srovnáním dvou druholigových dívčích fotbalových klubu - 1. DFC Hlučín a FK Olomouc. Úvodní část práce se věnuje teoretickému základu potřebného pro pochopení dané problematiky. Do téhle oblasti by šlo zahrnout témata jako sport, management, marketing a další. Po prezentování těchto nezbytných pojmů přechází bakalářská práce do své praktické části, kde je podrobně rozebrána struktura obou výše uvedených porovnávaných klubů. Struktura klubů je zkoumána z několika pohledů, aby byl získán všestranný ucelený pohled, který je posléze využit ke srovnávání dotyčných klubů. Největší důraz je kladen především na ekonomickou stránku funkce srovnávaných druholigových dívčích týmů. Výsledné shrnutí výsledků šetření lze pokládat za dosažený cíl práce.

This thesis addresses as mandated by comparing the two girls' football club – 1. DFC Hlučín and FK Olomouc. The introductory part of the work devoted to the theoretical basis necessary for understanding the issue. Into this area would be possible include topics like a sport, management, marketing and more. After the presentation of these necessary points it make a focus to the practical part, which is examined in detail the structure of both the above two clubs. The structure of clubs is examined from several point of view in order to get right overview to this problematic, which is then used for comparison of these clubs. The main emphasis is placed mainly to the economics function of compared girls' teams. The resulting summary of the survey results can be considered like the objective work.
