Optimalizace procesu zpětného protlačování polotovarů bezešvých ocelových lahví

Abstract

This bachelor work deals with the backward extrusion of hot formed semi-finished products for production of seamless steel cylinders for technical, medicial, inert and other gases. The main aim of this bachelor work is to optimaze production of seamless steel cylinders with the backward extrusion technology. Use comparison of theoretical calculations with real data for backward corrections leading to subsequent optimalization. Everything should be ensured by a designed program for easy creation and subsequent management of technological documentation using IT and basic software applications. In addition to the above, the thesis also compares various methods of technology differing in both the input material and the use of the produced cylinder. One of the subchapters is devoted to the chronological process of the development of a new bottle from design through mandatory standards to approval and certification allowing serial production of a new product.
