Územní studie lokality „U Čapího hnízda“ v obci Nová Dědina pro účel individuálního bydlení

Abstract

The aim of this work is to design an appropriate use of the site „U Čapího hnízda“ in the village Frýdlant nad Ostravicí – Nová Dědina and to create an urban design of buildings, including technical specifications. My proposals are based on verified facts about the locality. Bachelor thesis conteins a description of a current status of the locality and two variants of zones for public housing. One of these variants is processed in a territorial study. The study contains a design of residential buildings, transport solutions, a technical infrastructure and places for relaxation and sports.
