Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the process of employee selection and adaptation in a selected organization. The work is divided into two main parts. In the theoretical part, the author describes the theoretical foundations of the selection and adaptation process. In the following practical part, an analysis of these processes is carried out in the selected organization based on chosen sociological research methods. Based on the findings of this research, the author provides suggestions and recommendations at the end of the thesis for improving the selection and adaptation process of employees in the selected organization.
