Abstract

Method CT angiography is a diagnostic method of visualisation of blood vessels by computed tomography in the current administration of contrast agents. This visualisation method is compared with other diagnostic methods of the vascular system, less invasive and very widespread. Along with the development of computer tomography technology are developing postprocessing methods of processing data collected during the investigation. Currently working on improvements and the introduction of 4D imaging into routine practice . Especially in view of the heart using 4D reconstruction is important to assess the correct course and the vascular system in time , that allows just 4D reconstruction method . This work is based on the requirement and cooperation with the Hospital Podlesí, a. s. in Třinec, focused on the assessment of cerebral perfusion with efforts to 4D reconstruction using appropriate patient data . This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is designed as a general introduction to the cerebral vascular anatomy , as well as the development and the principle of computed tomography and CT angiography to clarify the issue . The practical part of the thesis deals with the problem of software reconstruction of cerebral perfusion time, analysis and evaluation of the contribution to clinical practice.
