Vliv provozoven povrchových úprav na produkci odpadů a životní prostředí

Abstract

The expanding spectrum of industrial production is becoming a decisive factor in the development of corresponding with the increasing demands and requirements of multi-functionality, economy, ecology and the extend of the life of machinery products in all industries. Environmental constraints of technological processes, careful management of water, energy and human resources largely influences and encourages the development of new engineering technologies, and innovative methodologies current and previous technologies. The thesis is divided into two thematic units. The first theoretical part is focused on the preparation of clear research and evaluation of the current state of the actual application of finishes following the specifications of existing processes and their possible links to environmental risks. The second part of the practical is designed to monitor the current operators process of finishes. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the capacity of waste water produced in relation to the possibility of their proper disposal and restoration associated with the proposal technical and organizational adjustments to reduce waste production and to minimize environmental impact of the operator finishes.
