Abstract

The goal of a final thesis is suggestion of system of selection and evaluation of suppliers in industrial Company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of literature research. The beginning of the part concentrates to purchase, function and phrases. Rest of the thesis is about selection and evaluation of suppliers and its process and methods for evaluating of suppliers. Practical part consists of system of selection and evaluation of suppliers analysis in selected company. The main goal of the thesis is to propose right solution for developing of system is selection and evaluation of suppliers and its economic evaluation.
