Abstract
Bachelor thesis, entitled "Preparing a business plan for an industrial enterprise" contains four chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of the business plan and its main components, for whom the plan is formed. The second chapter describes the project, project management and its methods, which are examples of the different methods.The third charter is devoted to the risks associated with creating a businessplan, its classification and how the risk can be reduced. The final chapter contains an overall evaluation.
