Abstract

Předkládaná diplomová práce s názvem „Finanční controlling firmy OHL ŽS, a.s.“ je zaměřena na obsahové vymezení pojmu controlling a jeho řešení v praxi. V teoretické části je pozornost soustřeďována na poznatky z odborné literatury týkající se charakteristiky controllingu, jeho historie, začlenění a rozdělení. Praktická část přináší informace o konkrétním podniku, tedy OHL ŽS, a.s. a věnuje se hodnocení současného procesu controllingu v dané společnosti, s následnou analýzou předností a nedostatků a navržením možných optimálních a efektivních zlepšení.

This graduation thesis titled "Financial Controlling of OHL ZS, Inc." is aimed at defining the concept of controlling the content and its solution in practice. In the theoretical part, attention is channeled to the findings of the literature on controlling characteristics, its history, integration and distribution. The practical part provides information about a specific company, OHL ZS, Inc. and is dedicated to controlling the process of evaluation of the current in the company, with subsequent analysis of the strengths and weaknesses and proposing possible optimal and effective improvements.
