Abstract

The goal of the thesis is to propose the new key indicators for assessing company performance in the specific company. To obtain these indicators is used to access of D. Parmenter based on the Balanced Scorecard. The theoretical and methodological part describes the basic concepts and approaches related to business performance. The practical part starts with the characteristic of the company and then describes particular steps which lead to propose of key performance indicators. The final part summarizes all knowledge from the analyses leading to suggestions and recommendations for a new system of key performance indicators.
