Hospodaření příspěvkové organizace ve školství

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hospodaření vybrané příspěvkové organizace. Ve druhé kapitole jsou charakterizovány příspěvkové organizace, dále je práce zaměřena na školství, zejména na základní školy. Ve třetí kapitole je objasněna analýza počtu žáků, zaměstnanců a nákladů na hlavní a vedlejší činnost, kdy jsou jednotlivá kritéria porovnávána během sledovaného období. Ve čtvrté kapitole následuje zhodnocení předchozí kapitoly. Z výsledků bylo zjištěno, že základní škola hospodaří každý rok vyrovnaně a se svými prostředky nakládá hospodárně.

The bachelor thesis deals with the management of a chosen contributory organisation. The issue from a theoretical perspective is introduced in the the sekond chapter of the thesis, in which the matter of contributory organisations will be characterized. Moreover the thesis is focused on education system, above all on elementary schools. In the third chapter the thesis deals with the analysis of the number of pupils, employees and expenses to primary and secondary activities, in which the various criteria are compared during the observing period. From the results, it was found that primary school every year manages serenely and their resources are efficiently handled.
