Abstract

In this thesis I analyze the problem of the sand mixtures regeneration in the foundry Chomutov, as. The company activity involves the production of steel castings of magnetic and non-magnetic steel, which is associated with high production of sand mixtures waste. There are many ways how these compounds can be regenerated with great success, so I present some possible ways of regeneration. An important step is to analyze the waste sand mixture and dusting and for what use it can be used. The main task of this thesis is to propose measures for the use of selected types of waste dust, which could be further utilized in the formation and related research. The conclusion is situated on recommendations for the use in the foundry mould production system.
