Analýza hospodaření v organizaci

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou hospodaření Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava, finanční analýzou nemocnice a také analýzou dvou konkrétních ambulancí této organizace. Z analýzy hospodaření Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava vyplynulo, že nemocnice za sledované období let 2005 - 2009 hospodaří vždy kladně, tedy se ziskem. Tento zisk za poslední tři roky neustále rostl. I když celkové hospodaření nemocnice je ziskové, analýza hospodaření ambulancí ukázala, že jedna ambulance hospodaří se ztrátou, ale druhá se ziskem. Rozdílnost v hospodaření ambulancí je dána zejména objemem vykázané péče na zdravotní pojišťovnu u každé z nich a také trochu odlišnou náplní práce každé ambulance.

This thesis consider the economic analysis of the University Hospital of Ostrava, financial analysis of hospital and also by analysis of two specific outpatient clinic of that organization. From the economic analysis of the University Hospital of Ostrava resulted that the hospital in the reference period years 2005 – 2009 always economized, so with profit. This profit was continually increased for the last three years. Although the overall economy of the hospital is profitable, economic analysis of the outpatient clinic showed that one clinic is unprofitable, but the other one is profitable. Difference in the economy of outpatient clinics is especially given by volume of reported medical care by health insurance company by each of them and slightly different work description for each outpatient clinic.
