Abstract

The assignment of this thesis is developing a construction project of a corner building in the civic built-up area for a planning permission. The elaborating of technology of Porotherm ceilings is also a part of the assignment.

The principal objective is elaborating of project documentation according to the legal norms which contains textual part and drawings. The thesis consists of 72 pages in the textual part and 15 pages of drawings.

The planning object has 3 floors and is fully provided with cellars. In the object there are 6 accommodation units 4 rooms with kitchen recess located. To each accommodation unit a basement cell and a common cellarage are allotted. The object falls into cadastral urban area of municipal government of the city of Ostrava.
