Abstract
The main focus of the thesis is project documentation for a panel house building for building permit. Building of the panel house consists partiall basement (below ground), free floors (above ground) and flatroof. Technological part of the thesis is about foundations. The foundation of the building is solved by using concrete strips C16/20. As next, there is also included itemized budget, timetable of work progress of technological processes and technical report.
