Návrh SharePointu personálního oddělení společnosti Brose CZ

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá řešením problému personálního oddělení společnosti Brose CZ, kterým je velmi nepřehledná a špatná organizace souborů v počítačích. V první části práce jevysvětleno, co je to řízení lidských zdrojů, personální útvar, personalista, role personalistů, personální informační systém a systém SharePoint, který se užívá pro moderní ukládání dokumentů. Dále jsou zde uvedeny informace o společnosti Brose, díky které mohla být tato bakalářská práce realizována. Další částí této práce je zhodnocení současného stavu daného problému, kde jsou hledány jeho příčiny. Pomocí těchto příčin je pak následně navrženo a doporučeno řešení. Postupně jezde navrženo a doporučeno několik návrhů systému SharePoint, který slouží k ukládání a lepší organizaci souborů v počítačích.Podstatou práce je vytvoření takového návrhu, který bude pro personální oddělení přijatelný, a personalisté s tímto návrhem budou ochotni začít pracovat.

This work deals with solving the problem of the personnel department of Brose CZ, which is very unclear and has a bad Filip systém organization in the computers. The first part describes the human resources management, personnel department, personnel manager, roles of personnel managers, personnel information system and SharePoint system, which is used for modern document storage. In addition, there is information about Brose Company, which has enabled this bachelor theses is to be realized. Another part of this work is an evaluation of the current state of the given problem, where its causes are sought. For these reasons, a solution is then proposed and recommended. Several SharePoint designs are gradually proposed and recommended to store and better organize files on computers. The essence of the work is to create such a proposal that will be acceptable to the human resources department, and that personnel managers will be willing to work with this proposal.
