Abstract

The thesis tackles questions of the rescue force called TEAM. It is possible to apply this team for the water save and rescue especially in the course of floods or some other water works. The introduction deals with the floods in the Czech republic and statistics of the fire brigade water interventions. Next part deals with the administration of humanitarian aid framework. The last part projects the conception of the Water Save and Rescue Team for condition of the Czech republic and goes through its structure, stocking and equipment. Also discusses a possibility of legation the team abroad.
