Abstract

The point of my work is to analyze the current state of development and education in ČEZ, a.s. and determination of proposals and racommendations to improve the situation. The first part of my work is theoretical. I am dealing with development and education. In details with systematic education, it’s individual steps and the methods of education. The conclusion is devoted to the characteristic of ČEZ, a.s. and is also focused on ČEZ Distribuční služby, s.r.o., because the installers of this company are the object of my work. The second part is practical and I analyze the current degree of development and education of the installers in the company ČEZ Distribuční služby, s.r.o. The necessary information was obtained by studying the internal documentation and consultation with managers. As a support tool, I chose a written inquiries. That was my ressource of staff views on possible impovements. Finally, I set out proposals and recommendations for improvement. They are optional choice of not mandatory educational activities, training by staff team–mate, the implementation of the evaluation questionnaires, a website for installers, e-learning and focusing on training in the operation of new equipment.
