Abstract

This bachelor thesis defines the basic theoretical knowledge about job satisfaction, dissatisfaction and work motivation. The objective is to evaluate the level of job satisfaction and levels of individual factors of job satisfaction in selected company. Job satisfaction questionnaries had been distributed to employees at the company Orchard Hotel a.s. Recommendation represent one part of this thesis and should lead to increased job satisfaction in a selected company.
