Abstract

The diploma thesis aims to find out about current motivation strategies, to suggest and to implement new motivation strategies in the company OVB Allfinanz,plc.

The first section is concerned with essential terms and workers productivity evaluation methods The terms motivation, motivation system, strategy, motivation strategy, performance and productivity and simple sequence methods, pair and alternate comparing of workers are defined.

The next section provides the profile of the monitored company, its history, services offered, the list of business partners and values recognized by the company.

The final section describes the SWOT analysis of both the current and the future motivation system and the evaluation system, suggestions and recommendation related to the SWOT analysis, composition and analysis of survey and comparison of investment advisers performance using chosen methods of evaluation.
