Územní studie lokality mezi ulicemi Partyzánů a Ježická v Krnově

Abstract

Cílem řešení bakalářské práce je navrhnout v dané lokalitě zástavbu rodinnými domy dle platného územního plánu. Koncepční řešení obsahuje návrh ploch pro bydlení, návrh dopravní infrastruktury, návrh vedení a připojení technické infrastruktury. Součástí je také řešení veřejného prostranství a výhledového napojení na vedlejší zastavitelné území, které je plánováno zastavět v návaznosti na řešenou lokalitu. Návrh je zpracován ve třech variantách, z nichž jedna vybraná varianta je řešena detailně. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je rozbor problematiky současného stavu lokality a na základě těchto poznatků o území a potřebách je zpracována územní studie.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose a development of family houses according valid urban plan in a certain location. Draft concept includes: built-up area, transport infrastructure and connectivity layout and technical infrastructure. It also includes a solution to the concourse and connections to prospective secondary developable areas, which is planned to build-up in connection with the running site. The proposal is available in three versions. One of these variants is solved in detail. The result of the bachelor thesis, is to analyze the present condition of the site and based on these findings and the needs is drafted this teritorial study.
