Analýza organizační struktury průmyslového podniku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the system of organisational structures in industrial companies. The first part of the work deals with a general overview of different types of organisational structures and their characteristics. The second part concentrates on the overall characteristics of the specific company of AxFlow ltd. whose current organisational structure is being analysed in more detail. In the conclusion of the work the specific measures that will lead to the improvement of financial management in this company are being described and the profits and risks relating to the suggested improvements are being assessed.
