Abstract

Assignment of Bachelor thesis „Family house Stara Plesna“ is to process selected parts of documentation for realization of building according to Decree No. 499/2006. Documentation for a realization of building follows the processed architectural study from Studio Art I and documentation for building permit created in Studio Art Va. Objective of designing the detached house was to create pleasant, tasteful, simple and also comfortable housing for family of four in Ostrava – Stara Plesna. In layout plan there was putting emphasis on simplicity, fluency, interconnection and continuity of interior with exterior.
