Ověření návratnosti investice ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je ověření návratnosti investice ve strojírenském podniku. Cíl práce slouží jako hodnocení investičního záměru. Diplomová práce je tvořena částí teoretickou, která popisuje oblasti potřebné pro dosažení cílů práce. V další části se jednotlivé metody aplikují na konkrétní podnik. Použijí se metody situační analýzy pro zjištění pozice podniku ke svému okolí. Následuje finanční analýza jednotlivých let popisující meziroční vývoj hodnot. Poté se použije několik metod hodnocení investice. Závěrem práce se vyhodnotí výstup analýz a dopad investice na základě metod hodnocení.

The topic of this diploma thesis is to verify return of investment in engineering business. The aim of the thesis serves as the investment plan assessment. The diploma thesis consists of the theoretic part, which describes the areas necessary for achievement of its aims. In the following part, individual methods are applied in a specific enterprise. Situation analysis methods are used to find out the position of the enterprise with respect to its surroundings. This is followed by the financial analysis of individual years describing year-on-year value development. Consequently, several investment assessment methods are used. Finally, analysis output and investment impact are evaluated on the basis of assessment methods.
