Multifunkční dům

Abstract

The subject of my bachelor thesis ´´Multifunctional House´´ is the elaboration of partial project documentation for the realisation of construction, according to decree 499/2006 coll. (as amened) on building documentation. Place for building is located in Ostrava city, in the Moravská Ostrava area, Českobratrská street, no. 3297. The main idea was to create a block of flats with business premises and replace currently dilapidated building, which now decreasing architectural value of the area in this lucrative part of Ostrava city, including recultivation of greenery arround the building. The building is flatly designed to keep all existing roads and height should be copied surrounding buildings. On the ground floor there will be areas directly connected to a busy street, so they are primarily intended for business. There will be a café for approx 40 people. On the second floor will be offices and from 3 to 6 floors will be a total of 8 residential units. The office and apartment areas are separated from the ground floor with café and can be used independently.
