Abstract

Project of changes for long abandoned building carry a lot of questions on how to deal with that. To construct or demolish the building and build there a new one which is more suitable than the old one. The content of this thesis was to determine the state of reinforced concrete frame, identification of negative factors that resulted on the defects and malfunctions. Follow up with project of technological method of demolition works, recycling works and design of the technological method of remediation works. The end of this thesis was for a determination of financial and time consuming factor of demolition works on ceiling of reinforced concrete frame.
