Územní studie v obci Veltruby

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to create a land design concerning housing and amenities including technical and transport infrastructure. The location of this proposed urban design is in the Central Region in a village called Veltruby, which is located 5 km north of the district town Kolín. When creating this design I followed a documentation mainly acquired from network administrators and municipal autorithies. The most important basis of this paper was a local plan of the village. This territorial study includes two versions of the urban design. One of them is processed in a grater detail. Visualization of the location was created for both of the versions. For the selected version, a design and calculation of the utility networks was also created. This thesis consists of 43 pages.
