Korupce v pobaltských zemích

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the findings of corruption in the Baltic countries outlining possible measures for itselimination. For this purpose I used indexs of Transparency International, the World Bank, the World Economic Forum and other organizations. In the first theoretical part I define corruption, important terms,fundamental causes and consequences corruption. In the second practical part I carry out an international comparison of the corruption rate. Finally I provide assessment of the situation and suggest possible solutions to the problem.
