Abstract
The goal of this thesis is the description followed by the evaluation of the financial and wage situation of the company ŠVPS, a. s. The financial analysis was performed based on the financial indicators and bankruptcy models for the years 2010 to 2014. The results of the financial analysis were compared with another three companies. The evaluation of the financial situation was performed based on the data obtained from the accounting statements and annual reports over a reference period.
