Projekt hlídacího osvětlení rozvodny řiditelného na bázi zpětné vazby kamerového systému

Abstract

This work is a master’s thesis for the study program “Design of Electrical Systems and Technologies” at the VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer science. It deals with the design of a controllable substation fence lighting project, which is controlled via camera feedback. The purpose of this project is to automate the control of lighting system in order to reduce energy consumption costs and to maintain the detectability of potential intruders. The majority of this work involves the analysis of the captured image to obtain information about the ambient lighting conditions within the camera’s field of view. The options for evaluating the image are described, this is followed by a practical demonstration and subsequent interpretation of the resulting values. Based on these values, I defined the feedback and, in accordance with regulatory requirements, proposed the design solution for the above mentioned project.
