Thesis supervisor: Ing. arch. Řihák, P. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of partial project documentation for the realization of the construction of the Cultural House. The building is set in a rural development in Nová Horka and is located in the northern part of the municipality in the newly designed Sports and Cultural Complex, where it complements the hitherto missing cultural component. The village character is reflected in the choice of the proposed material and in the material solution. The emphasis is placed on quality material and craftsmanship. The Cultural House includes a restaurant, a social hall and sanitary facilities. The urban design of the entire complex was a subject of previous semesters at VŠB–TUO and served as a basis for this work.
