Abstract
This diplom work is enagaged in questions of business czech legal entities in slovak republic from legal, accounting and tax perspective. The aim is gived comprehensive view on this questions from law, accounting and tax perspective and elaboration draft of business practices for czech legal entities doing business in slovek republic. Practise part recordes basic terms governed by national legislation. Teoretic part analyzes this questions in cooperation with a particular company and its organizational componen.
