Systém MEDIC – hlídání osamocených pracovníků

Abstract

HAŠEK, Roman. MEDIC system – guarding of lone workers: Diploma thesis. Ostrava: VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering 2021. 57 pages. The diploma thesis deals with ensuring of lonely worker by MEDIC 1 or MEDIC 2. Thesis is devided to 5 chapters. The introducery chapter describes who is the „lonely worker“ and how they perceive the problem of safety of lonely worker in the world and in the Czech Republic. The next chapter describes the MEDIC 1 and future plans with the MEDIC 2. The third chapter compares others systems for ensuring of lone workers with MEDIC 1 and describes advantages and disadvantages of these systems. The fourth chapter presents the experience with the MEDIC 1 in practice and the last chapter describes the proposed improvements in response to the negative findings with the MEDIC 1. These improvements are planned for MEDIC 1 and MEDIC 2.
