Optimalizace materiálového toku při výrobě zobrazovacího a optického sortimentu

Abstract

This thesis deals with the optimization of material flow in division Display/Optics in the manufacture of plug in lamps in the company OSRAM Česká republika, a. s. This company is engaged in the manufacture of special lighting sources. The whole proces is based on customer requirements, from order receipt to delivery of products. The aim is analyze the flow of materials in the division DO and on their findings suggest a suitable method that would help improve material flow.
