Tvorba rozpočtu na podkladu digitálního modelu stavby

Abstract

Diplomová práca pojednáva o vývoji rozpočtovania so zameraním na najnovšie trendy v tvorbe rozpočtov prostredníctvom BIM nástrojov a skúma ich využiteľnosť. V teoretickej časti stručne vysvetľuje základnú problematiku informačného modelovania v súvislosti s rozpočtovaním a charakterizuje počiatočné podmienky, ktoré sú potrebné na spracovanie rozpočtu z informačného modelu stavby. Praktická časť ďalej overuje a vyhodnocuje funkčnosť konkrétneho BIM nástroja. Výsledkom je porovnanie s klasickým postupom tvorby rozpočtu a poukázanie na jeho nedostatky v súčasnosti. Na základe týchto nedostatkov sú na záver predložené možnosti na zlepšenie fungovania tvorby rozpočtu na podklade digitálneho modelu stavby.

The thesis discusses the evolution of budgeting with a focus on the latest trends in budgeting through BIM tools and explores their applicability. In the theoretical part, it briefly explains the basic issues of information modelling in the context of budgeting and characterises the initial conditions that are necessary to process a budget from a building information model. The practical part verifies and evaluates the functionality of a particular BIM tool. As a result, a comparison is made with the classical budgeting procedure and its current flaws are pointed out. Finally, on the basis of these flaws, possibilities for improving the functioning of budgeting on the basis of a digital construction model are presented.
