Dokumentace sedimentů jižního okraje lomu Kotouč u Štramberka

Abstract

The subject of this dissertation is the documentation of sediments from southern edge of Kotouč querry near Štramberk. This thesis was based on the terrain documentation and the laboratory results of samples from 6th and 7th floor of Kotouč querry. Theoretical part is focused on geological evolution of Štramberk area, the characteristic of Štramberk limestone and documentation of area of interest. Practical part includes methodology of performed tasks, followed by direct research of each particular sample. In conlusion part, all findings are summarized. Goal of this thesis is lithological and stratigraphic evaluation of samples, using macroscopic and laboratory findings.
