Událostmi řízený PID regulátor s využitím IQRF technologie

Abstract

This master’s thesis focuses on the design and implementation of an efficient control system using the principles of event-based control and wireless communication. The IQRF wireless technology is used for data transmission between individual system components. The control system is implemented by the REXYGEN control system on the Raspberry Pi platform. In this thesis, an algorithm is created for communication of wireless nodes of digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital converters with a control system. A control mechanism based on reaching defined threshold values of the control error is implemented in the analog-to-digital converter. The thesis also includes the analytical identification of the controlled system represented by a double RC circuit, the design of a robust and a PI controller, and their comparison using time and frequency domain analysis. The controllers are implemented in a control system, which also includes communication with wireless nodes. For the purpose of demonstrating the control processes and parameter configuration, a visualization connected to the control system has been created. Finally, the energy consumption of the wireless nodes is measured, and the efficiency of event-based control is compared with continuous control.
