Vyhodnocení implementace dobrovolných nástrojů u vybrané výrobní činnosti

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the implementation of voluntary management tools, specifically the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, in two manufacturing companies engaged in metal machining. The aim of the thesis is to compare the level of application of quality and environmental management systems and to assess their benefits in terms of legislative compliance, environmental aspect management, internal process efficiency, and competitiveness. The theoretical part describes the production activity and characteristics of the selected ISO standards. The practical part analyses two real companies with different approaches to management systems. The results show that systematic implementation of an integrated management system significantly improves process control and supports the achievement of sustainable business goals. The thesis also includes a discussion of the benefits and obstacles to implementation, as well as an evaluation of the applied methodology.
