Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti vybrané společnosti na trhu finančního poradenství

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the competitiveness of the selected company on the financial consulting market. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the definition of basic concepts and the description of the methods applied in the practical part. The content of the practical part is the analysis of the company's competitiveness using PEST analysis, Porter's model of five competitive forces, questionnaire survey, financial analysis, pairwise comparison method and SWOT analysis. At the end of the work, a summary of the results of the used methods was made and appropriate recommendations were proposed based on them.
