The aim of my thesis is preparing partial documentation for a medical building with administrative rooms in Otrokovice. This is to be a building with three floors and a basement which will be used as a car park for the employees. The thesis consists of three parts – the drawings, the written text and the attachments. At the preface of the text part, the solution for the location of the building is described as well as the interpretation of the building itself. Also, the text part, accompanying and technical reports, to a proposed object is being formulated. The content of the attachments is the technical thermal assessment and the energy label for the building.
