Uplatnění Průmyslu 4.0 a jeho vliv na trh práce

Abstract

The diploma thesis is devoted to changes in the labor market during the application of Industry 4.0 from the perspective of employees in industrial enterprises. The main goal is to describe Industry 4.0, its main benefits and impacts related to automation and digitization. The diploma thesis focuses on the current readiness of the labor market, but mainly on the groups of employees who are most threatened by Industry 4.0. To obtain data, several documents were selected, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with specialists in the field of digitization implementation in several companies, and a swot analysis was developed from the facts found. In the evaluation, the outputs are comprehensively described and broken down into strengths, weaknesses, as well as threats and opportunities that the introduction of Industry 4.0 will bring in industrial enterprises. Based on the assessment of the obtained facts, a recommendation was also proposed.
