Využití dotační podpory pro rekonstrukci brownfieldu v regionu soudržnosti Moravskoslezsko na příkladu konkrétního projektu

Abstract

Nowadays brownfields are recognised as a long and evolving phenomenon around the world. While there are different approaches to this issue, brownfields are still an integral element in urban development. This diploma thesis deals with the project management and methodology of projects under the European Structural and Investment Funds in the programming period 2014–2020. The main objective of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of brownfield sites in the Czech Republic and to develop a Case Project in the Moravian–Silesian Cohesion Region according to the conditions of the grant scheme. The realisation of business plans via specific grant project applications represents for entrepreneurs a very accessible opportunity which after successful approval leads to further development of business activities.
