Studium tvařitelnosti oceli 42CrMo4 v závislosti na parametrech ohřevu

Abstract

The subject of my thesis is the topic of studying formability of steel 42CrMo4, depending on the heating parameters. Above all, we are interested in the effect of temperature on the formation of cracks in the wedge-shaped samples. Wedge samples will be rolled on the roll stand. The dimensions of the wedge samples are approximately 150 mm in length and 15 mm in width. There are 8 notches created on the lap, serving as initiators of cracks. During the experiment we will be interested right in these notches. In these places we expect cracks formation. We will test the influence of temperature, and then we will test different rolling speed and rolling stock removal.
