Abstract
Dissertation doctors work means another milestone on the road I'm walking and the one I have decided to travel on leaving stale waters of then state company,with determination to build my own company. Area from my hard earned experience,connected with practical knowledge of all the factors and influences shaping life and existence of every organization moving for us in “new” environment -environment of free competition – in market environment . It's really the fact me finishing my doctors study that made me look in to the past, and not so long ago for a need of clear definition of the present, how to grasp and later describe it and how I believe in realization and prediction development in future. Process subject”Key personal process and their constant improvement in managing transformation changes” it has for me personally not only character of final work but drawn from reason successfully end this stage of life,but also character manifest PRO NORTH for second generation.
For me personally the way of knowledge is essentially looking for positive signals of today, from which would be possible to define opinions of future evolution. Problems and especially in management is the fact that there is an appearing line of negative signals,false,established fashion,whose creators put saviour appearance,putting forward medicine for everything ,for every existing pains when treating company prosperity like the outcome of company management. And problems in a solution is a question what is and what is not a positive development trend. Coming from this knowledge that the boundary line between science and art is wide enough, it has given me the hope and also created space for rise and practically apply own access, which are styled in science but they are not scientificly based ,on the other hand it looks like exclusive art binding on to subject PRO NORTH without any possibility of transfer on to other subject. And from this reason,that comes from cooperation with franchise partners BANDAG AG and in last ten years with Barum Continental,there was lack of existence of any clear definition method and forum worked through ideas for bribe and are consequently realistic – accepted by market, and in case that concept like that existed and it really had to do anything with the Application of the process in to the theory, they where always missing the need of wide existence and complicity, which made possible,easy“stray pilgrim”on the right path and that was bringing problems from the area of well meaning ideas and goals, but in not such a good finish. That’s why I have decided to fill in the missing parts and use my own initiative to bring changes. For growth of every organization from point of view like earnings,profit or there own value is very important and crucial point that the right move is made at the right time ,the right way by the right people. The correct definition of the right choice of action like that,lets call it a milestone of development,has fundamental influence and the reason why is that every action creates response and that is what is it all about in the company, or it should be. It is important to know how how to correctly define this action and in such a way so the obtained reactive power been past on to fictional flywheel of development. Action should follow one after another , and when they are going to be linked in the correct way,they should start moving the company in state of development and fast progress and growth.
