Bakteriální loužení odpadů po důlní činnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou bakteriálního loužení odpadů po důlní činnosti, konkrétně odvalů hald a strusek po těžbě měděných a cínových rud v Karlovarském kraji. Cílem mé práce bylo zjistit jaké prvky a v jakém množství se v daném důlním odpadu nachází. V první části je popsána teoretická stránka bakteriálního loužení jako např. loužení rud, bakterie Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, výhody a nevýhody bakteriálního loužení, atd. Dále jsem se zabýval lokalitami vzorků, jejich geografickým popisem, geologickým složením a historií těžby. V experimentální části jsem bakteriálně loužil čtyři vybrané vzorky z těchto lokalit a následně poslal výsledky na vyhodnocení. V závěru práce jsem shrnul a okomentoval dosažené výsledky.

This thesis deals with the bacterial leaching of wastes caused by mining activities, namely heaps and heaps of slag after the mining of copper and tin ore in the Karlovy Vary region. My goal was to find what elements and in what quantity in the mine waste is located. The first part describes the theoretical site of bacterial leaching, such as leaching, bacteria, Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, advantages and disadvantages of bacterial leaching, etc. I mentioned locations, sample descriptions geographical, geological composition and history of mining. In the experimental part, I bacterially loužil four selected samples from these sites and then sent the results of the evaluation. Finally, I summarized and commented on the results.
