Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the structure of customers of High Style Fashion in a form of observation. Further suggestions and recommendations how to understand the clients of the store better are made and based on the analysis. The thesis is devided into seven parts when four are crucial. The first theoretical part deals with all theoretical knowledge and aspects related to the issue. The second characteristic part concentrates on the description of the High Style Fashion store, where the survey was carried out. The third and fourth practical part include the method of collecting the data connected to its analysis and it is based on the theoretical knowledge stated in the first two parts of the thesis. The conclusion evaluates the survey, way of dealing with its issues and briefly expresses all the findings.
