Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on Analysis of Employee Work Motivation and Work Satisfaction in a Selected Company. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on theory of work motivation and work satisfaction. The practical part is characterized by a company and evaluation results of exploration, including suggestions and recommendations.
